金卫林 副研究员

 

   
金卫林,男,医学博士,副研究员。1994 年,武汉大学生物化学专业毕业,获学士学位;2004年,第四军医大学全军神经科学研究所神经生物学研究生毕业,获博士学位。2005年底转业到上海交通大学,被聘为上海交通大学副研究员。长期以来,实验室的研究兴趣为:中枢神经发育与再生的分子信号和脑肿瘤的分子干预。相关研究成果已经整理论文发表在Cell、Cell Death and Differention、Nature communications、Mol Cell Neurosci、Anesthesiology、J Comp Neurol、Cell Mol Neurobiol、Neurosignals、Neurosci Lett等国际重要专业杂志上。实验室研究成果被国际广泛关注和引用。现为中国神经科学学会会员,中国抗癌协会纳米肿瘤学专业委员会委员。
 
主持基金项目:
目前主持四项国家自然科学基金委的面上项目,如“Nogo-A介导氧化还原成瘾信号在恶性胶质瘤发生发展中的作用机制研究”、“精神发育迟滞候选基因MEGAP/srGAP3调控树突发育的双模态机制研究” 、 “神经元Nogo剪接异构体对突起生长和细胞凋亡的双重调控作用及其机制研究” 和“nNOS基因作为神经元细胞核Nogo-A蛋白的靶标研究”。
 
实验室主要研究方向:
目前,实验室在神经生物学和肿瘤分子生物学方面形成稳定的研究方向:
1. 神经发育及其神经发育疾病的分子机理;
2. 中枢神经损伤和再生的分子信号;
3. 恶性胶质瘤的分子干预;
4. 表观遗传学。
